The service may include:
Pickup at the customer's designated U.S. location.
Transportation into Mexico.
Waiting for the customer when a wait-and-return arrangement has been scheduled.
Transportation back to the United States.
The customer's requested return time must be provided when booking whenever possible.
Same-day transportation does not mean that the driver is required to wait indefinitely. Waiting is limited to the time agreed upon when the reservation is made.
If an appointment, activity, or other event takes longer than the scheduled wait period, the customer may be required to arrange a separate return time or pay additional applicable waiting or transportation charges.
-
Scheduled Two-Way Transportation is intended for customers who will remain in Mexico overnight or for multiple days.
The customer schedules:
U.S. pickup date and time
Destination in Mexico
Return date
Return pickup time
Return destination
The initial trip and return trip are scheduled separately as part of the same transportation arrangement.
The driver is not required to remain in Mexico while the customer is staying overnight or for multiple days.
The return trip must be scheduled in advance.
Changes to the return date or time are subject to driver availability and may result in additional charges.
-
BorderCross Transport Plus does not provide overnight waiting service.

Customers must provide the correct number of passengers when making a reservation.
The number of passengers may not exceed the vehicle's legal and safe seating capacity.
For Airport Transportation, the maximum number of passengers is two (2).
Customers may not add additional passengers at pickup if doing so would exceed the vehicle's available capacity.
BorderCross Transport Plus reserves the right to refuse transportation when the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle's legal or safe capacity.

Prevent passengers from safely using their seats or seat belts;
Create an unsafe condition; or

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
BorderCross Transport Plus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left unattended or inside the vehicle.
Customers should check the vehicle before exiting to ensure they have collected all personal items.
